UTAS Stadium

UTAS Stadium, officially known as University of Tasmania Stadium and often called York Park, is the primary outdoor sports venue in Launceston, Tasmania. It has a capacity of around 21,000 spectators and serves as the home ground for AFL matches played by Hawthorn and North Melbourne, as well as hosting AFLW games. The stadium features a full-sized Australian rules football oval, modern lighting for night games, grandstands, upgraded player facilities, and seating and standing areas for fans. Beyond AFL, UTAS Stadium is used for local football, community events, and concerts, making it a central hub for elite sport and major entertainment in northern Tasmania.
