1. Ticket Delivery:

Tickets will be delivered to the email address provided during the order process, closer to the event date.
Events may be subject to a 'Print Delay,' determined by event organisers, and tickets will only be available for download from a specific date.

2. Seating Information:
The number of seats available in a row will be specified in each individual item listing.
Seats are guaranteed to be side by side, unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Options:
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal and ApplePay.
Bank deposit payment option available upon request via [email protected].
All prices are per person in AUD and inclusive of GST.

4. Official Partnerships:
Ticketverse is an authorised partner of numerous sporting bodies, event organisers, and rightsholders.
Official partnerships ensure access to the best tickets for premier events and experiences.

5. Checkout Charges:
Charges at checkout include a $9.95 administration fee and a 2-3% merchant fee for debit/credit card payments.

6. Event Cancellation and Postponement:
In case of event cancellation, a FULL credit will be issued for use towards any future event.
Postponed events: Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled dates; no refunds will be provided.

7. Ticketverse Guarantee:
All tickets purchased on Ticketverse are covered by the Ticketverse Guarantee.
We guarantee you will receive the tickets you ordered; replacements will be of equivalent or superior value.
Full refund if unable to provide the specified tickets.

8. Customer Service:
Ticketverse is Australian owned and operated.

9. Tax Invoice Request:
Ticket order receipt and payment receipt usually suffice for tax purposes.
For a tax invoice with an ABN, contact us at [email protected] after purchase.

10. Refund and Exchange Policy:
All orders are final; no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for date or time changes, partial performances, or lost tickets.
In case of event cancellation, a full credit will be issued.

11. Lost or Damaged Tickets:
For lost or damaged tickets, contact us at [email protected] for possible re-issuance.

12. Refundable Tickets with Ticket Protect:
Ticketverse's standard Terms and Conditions apply for refundable ticket purchases.
Note that Ticket Protect is a third-party provider, and claims must be made through Ticket Protect.
These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all ticket purchases made on the Ticketverse website where the Customer has chosen refundable tickets.
