• In October 2022, the Electronic Ticket Resale Service Information Standard was introduced by the Australian Government. Ticketverse complies with this standard, which outlines the legal obligations of ticket resellers under Australian Consumer Law. • We fully comply with the Live Performance Australia (LPA) Ticketing Code of Practice, which sets the benchmark for ethical conduct and transparency in ticketing across Australia.
• The Australian Competition and Consumer Comission (ACCC) also provides useful guidance on relevant industry codes under the Australian Consumer Law framework.
