Norwood Oval
Norwood Oval is a historic Australian rules football ground located on The Parade in Norwood, South Australia, and has been the long-time home of the Norwood Football Club. Established in the early 1900s, it is one of the state’s most well-known suburban ovals and remains closely connected to SANFL football and the local community. The venue holds around 15,000 spectators and has been modernised in recent years with upgraded facilities, player amenities and function spaces while still retaining its traditional character. Norwood Oval is also used for elite football events, including AFLW matches and selected AFL Gather Round games, making it an important link between community football and the professional level in South Australia.
