The Australian Football League is one steeped in both history and tradition. One of the oldest members of this historic league is the Geelong Cats, otherwise known as Geelong Football Club. In the time since they began in 1877, Geelong has amassed an impressive trophy collection. In 2022, the Cats secured their 10th premiership title, beating the Sydney Swans 133 to 52 in what was a dominant win for the Victorian side.

An equally impressive statistic to Geelong’s name is the record for the highest-ever point win in a Grand Final. It was set by their 2007 side, battering Port Adelaide by 119 points. That also happened to be their first premiership win in 44 years. What a way to bring back the flag.
